A Kitchen That’s Got It All, From Breathtaking Beauty to Everyday Practicality
Working with limited space that had to include a meat kitchen, a dairy kitchen, and a laundry room—and a client who refused to sacrifice aesthetics for practicality—was an enjoyable challenge. I created a comfortable laundry area that could be closed off with a door that matches the carpentry in the kitchen. The beautiful yet practical results were achieved by using Formex’s washable and durable MITO MATTE for the cabinet fronts, along with a little bit of walnut-colored CNC. The stunning ASCALE countertops and porcelain sinks feature prominently in this kitchen. To soften the room’s appearance, the peninsula was given a curved edge. The attractive light fixture suspended from above looks like an elegant piece of jewelry.
